1. Customized Products

Talesa books are personalized with the child’s name, photos, and preferences. Once the order is placed, no changes, returns, or cancellations are allowed after 24 hours.

2. Order Confirmation

Your order will be confirmed after payment and verification of submitted details. If anything is missing or unclear, we will contact you.

3. Shipping Time

As each book is custom-made, shipping takes 8 to 14 working days. If you need it urgently, please mention it in advance.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

5. Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products. You must inform us with clear photos within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Free Delivery

Free delivery is available for orders above ₹1000.
